Your own model dispatcher
The useful part of a personal AI is not the logo on the tab. It is who owns the process that decides which model answers, and where that answer is stored.
A rented assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a shared product with a good brain. You get a thread. They get the weights, the logs, the routing policy, and the right to change the model under you. That is a fine deal at $20/mo if you want a better autocomplete.
A dispatcher you own is a different object. One OS process. One SQLite file. One vector collection. A small router in front that can call a local 14B, a cloud fallback, or a specialist, under rules you can read. Memory is a table you can export, not a Plus upsell.
LIZ is that object. Isolation is not a slogan: 1 user = 1 process = 1 database, enforced in the schema. Voice on the phone and text in the browser hit the same unit. The factory default is English; the language is yours to edit.
We sell the hosted seat ($275/mo, promo-gated while the pilot is four seats) and, separately, the hardware story. We do not sell “a better ChatGPT.” We sell a unit that is allowed to remember you without renting the filing cabinet.
